Very nice rum aroma up front. Crisp, almost effervescent mouthfeel trailing to a proper dry stout finish. Interesting, a frothy stout flavored "spicy" rum. Actually a nice change up.

Strong spirit-like flavor that I assume is from the barrel aging. The soy sauce tasting note is spot on, it has that super dark smoky flavor. Unexpected for sure.
