Burke Stout

For fun, we brewed a batch of something dark, and we … discussed whether we should call it a stout or a porter. We discussed it a lot. Cause part of the fun of owning a brewery is that you have opinions about beer. We decided to split the batch and treat each half differently - longer or shorter fermentation, different temperatures, etc.

So, between this and Gilman Porter, we have two beers that are different enough that you notice, but not that different. This one has a bit more roasty character, and less sweetness, so we decided to call this one the stout. Show Less
