My second batch. Bottled 8/4/18. Similar to the first but higher ABV. The esters are present, but mild. I am zeroing in on their elimination. I think. 🤔 Not a bad beer but plenty of room for improvement. It will be better after it ages a few more months.

Well done, Rick! Thanks. This is really good; roasted chocolate oatmeal. Smooth and creamy! Easy drinking and at 5% not at all heavy. Nothing like some buffalo sweat on a hot, sunny afternoon.
