Brut Punch You In the EyePA

Brut Punch is one of three specialty variants created for Punch Out Round 4. Starting out with the same base recipe as Punch You In The EyePA we adjusted our process to "dry out" the beer. This technique ferments out all of the malt sugar giving the beer a dry and crisp finish. In an effort to keep the beer balanced we backed off some of the bitterness to make an immensely crushable version. Make sure to try all three and cast a vote for your favorite.
