Voor het proeven wordt het licht fruitig aroma van de aanwezige kruiden waargenomen. Bij de eerste slok komt vooral de lichtzoete toets met een moutig karakter en een lichte karamelsmaak naar voor, gevolgd door een hint van zachte hoppe en kruidige mout. De nadronk behoudt zijn licht bittere toets, maar eindigt met een zachte kruidensmaak.

Yperman owes its slightly fruity aroma to the herbs used. The mildly sweet attack is offset by the maltiness and hints of caramel that come to the fore, followed by hints of mild hops and spicy malt. The finish retains its soft bitterness, but ends on a mild herbal note. Show Less
