EN | For this Golden Blend, we blended lambikken originating from three different barrels,
four different brews and three different brewers. Half of the volume is a two-year-old lambik
and almost one third is five-year-old lambik. As such, the weighted average age of the blend
upon bottling is almost 34 months. Of the 3 Fonteinen brewed lambikken, all cereals were sourced with our own Pajottenland cereal circle.
