For this frambozenlambik and blend 11 and 12 alike, we macerated and blended two- and three-year old lambikken only, originating from three barrels and seven brews, and three different specific raspberry varieties.. For this frambozenlambik, we used Tulameen - grown and hand-picked in Flanders, for almost four months. The weighted average age of this fruit blend upon bottling was almost 27 months. For this Framboos, we macerated hand-picked raspberries from Huldenberg, near Leuven, Belgium. Maceration took almost four months. We used jonge and two-year old lambikken originating from five different barrels and seven different brews.

The final fruit intensity is 314 grams of raspberries per litre of Framboos. Make sure to open the bottle at cellar temperature and let it open in the glass to enjoy a full forest raspberry experience!

This Framboos was created with raspberries from Ferme Framboos from beautiful Huldenberg. We macerated these for three months on jonge lambik from three different barrels and three different brews. We blended with another two jonge lambikken from two different barrels. The final fruit intensity is 284 grams of raspberries per litre of Framboos. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.

This specific Framboos has a final fruit intensity of 310 grams of raspberries per litre of finished Framboos. The lambikken used come from three barrels and six different brews. We used a bit of our own lambik wort to start the fermentation in the bottle.

Voor deze specifieke Framboos gebruikten we zomerframbozen. De maceratie hielden we op drie maanden. De één- en tweejarige lambikken zijn afkomstig van drie tonnen en drie verschillende brouwsels. De finale fruitintensiteit is 332 gram frambozen per liter Framboos. Bij het bottelen werd wat honing toegevoegd (twee gram per liter).

For this specific Framboos we used summer raspberries. Which we macerated for three months. The one- and two-year old lambikken come from three barrels and three different brews. The final fruit intensity is 332 grams of raspberries per litre of Framboos. Some honey was added during bottling (2 grams per litre).

3 Fonteinen Framboos wordt bekomen door de maceratie van handgeplukte frambozen op jonge traditionele lambik, in een verhouding van één kilo frambozen per liter traditionele lambik. Daarna wordt de fruitlambik geassembleerd met jonge lambik en wordt alles gebotteld, en zet de vergisting zich verder in de fles. Het resultaat is een uitgesproken fruitig frambozenlambikbier, met een intens bosvruchtenboeket en met evolutie in het glas. Natuurlijk fruit, zonder toevoeging van sappen, siropen, of suikers. For this batch of Framboos, we used raspberries from Ferme Framboos, located in beautiful Huldenberg, Flanders. These raspberries, hand-picked in the summer of 2019, macerated for more than three months on a single oak barrel. While macerating, we only used lambik originating from one brew and from one barrel, and we used another single lambik from one barrel for blending. The final fruit intensity is 378 grams of raspberries per litre of Framboos.

We macereerden zomerframbozen van de Ferme Framboos op 3 Fonteinen lambik; de finale fruitintensiteit bedraagt 333 gram frambozen per liter. Er werd voor de botteling geen lambik meer aan toegevoegd. De activiteit die nog in de fruitlambik zat, heeft voor een zachte pareling gezorgd.

We macerated summer raspberries from the Ferme Framboos on 3 Fonteinen lambik; the final fruit intensity is 333 grams of raspberries per liter. No lambik was added while bottling. The activity that was still in the fruit lambik created a soft sparkle.

Voor deze specifieke Framboos gebruikten we zomerframbozen. De maceratie hielden we kort om de fruitigheid, fruitzuren en zachte lambikken mooi te laten versmelten. De gebruikte lambikken zijn afkomstig van drie verschillende tonnen en vijf verschillende brouwsels, waarvan twee van Lindemans (80%) en drie van ons (20%).

3 Fonteinen Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambik for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambik. The raspberry lambik is then blended again with more young lambik to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the raspberry lambik can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Framboos.

With an abundant forest fruit nose as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Framboos will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambik is all-natural with no artifcial juices, syrups, or sugars added. Traditional Lambik is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley! Read Less
