This wheated American Pale Ale makes great use of the bright flavors of hops like Galaxy and Citra, while balancing those flavors with more resinous, earthy hop notes from Chinook and Simcoe. The aroma and flavor is reminiscent of tangerine, tropical fruits, and lemongrass, with a bit of dankness. The body left through the use of pale wheat malt stands up well to the beer’s hop flavor and bitterness, combining to create a very balanced beer. A slightly higher level of carbonation gives it an almost champagne-like effervescence. Show Less
