Much more tart than expected. Coffee strong on the finish. Another dive into the cellar stash.

Excellent! Juicy/tart/tangy blackberry/skin/seed/milk/dark choc/cocoa/med roast/coffee/caramel/brownsugar/toffee/vanilla/bourbon/toast/oak/nuts/biscuit/dark bread/crust; lighter coconut/molasses/licorice/raisin/prune/fig/date/smoke/char/leather/tobacco.
Ian M: Light hop/char bitter, tart/tangy. Creamy/silky/velvety/bready, fairly sticky/chalky/acid/tang/tannic med-full body. Mild warmth/no booze.
Ian M: Light increasing drying. No cloying/astringent. Smooth. Juicy/jammy berries, rich malts, fruity/nutty coffee, and nice barrel presence.
Ian M: Mild hops/restrained yeast. Not a ton of barrel, but adequate. Not overly sweet/heavy from drying. Really well made experimental porter.

I think this hasn’t aged well. Almost a vinegar flavor
