This beer is the meeting point between two different worlds: the seasonality of the vintage and the repeatability of the beer batch, the traditional winemaking culture and the new Italian artisanal beer wave.
The match of these two souls gave birth to our first Italian Grape Ale which, in addition to the classic ingredients of beer such as water, barley malt, hops and yeasts, includes Moscato grape must produced by Dogliotti 1870 (www.dogliotti1870.com)
With a straw yellow colour, Samos has a well structured -but not heavy- body and a delicate acidity that makes it pleasantly fresh. The aromatic profile makes this beer elegant and unique thanks to its typical yellow fruit perfume and its moss scent.
Ideal to drink as an aperitivo or paired with fish dishes and sea fruits. Show Less
