There is something that starts out as a sweet and innocent idea that manifests itself as something you don’t expect. A light character of bread and wheat flavors, along with some traditional briny notes and coriander all cut with a hint of sweet funk from a sour mash. Blasts of cascade and centennial hops make a floral and citrus punctuation.
