American IPA
A Decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American pale ale. The balance is hop forward with a clean supporting malt allowing the hop character to shine through.
A prominent hop aroma featuring citrus and pine is characteristic of this ale.
A remarkably clear deep orange color with a medium high hop bitterness prevails over the subtle malt backbone.
Our IPA is made with locally grown grains and hops in addition to the base grains of malted barley, pale ale malt, crystal and munich malts.
First wort hopped with Centennial and Chinook and dry hopped with both for 14 days!
