tastes like a sweet and herbal and hoppy saison. Not as expected but pretty drinkable. also tastes a little bit like soap.

Turns out if you age it for 7 years you get quite a lot more Brett, plus a very excited beer. Dry and fairly bitter, a little oak, leathery Brett character coming through quite a bit. Quite nice with some padron peppers.
