Maple bourbon is predominant on the nose along w nice roasty and rich cacao notes. The plate has the maple and vanilla much more prevalent, the maple in particular lingering on the mid palate, with the cacao cinnamon chocolate hiding the chili peppers.

Don’t know what year this was brewed. Tasting great but showing age as well. Maple sweetness with tamer notes of Hunaphu’s cinnamon, chilies, and bourbon. Has a hint of mint on the end.
