Phantom Illusions

This is an experimental cryo-hopped Hazy IPA, Phantom Illusions. This beer was formulated to highlight a new break-through product 'Phantasm Powder'. Phantasm is made from the skins of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes and is pretty much the most-concentrated source of thiols in the known world. These intensely fruity molecules are also found in hops and grain, but a dose of Phantasm increases their presence 10-fold. We used the Cosmic Punch strain of yeast from Omega Labs, which produces an enzyme to free those bound thiols like a key fitting a lock. The result is a blast of passionfruit and over-ripened ruby red grapefruit balanced by the hop-intensity of Eukanot Incognito® and experimental hop YCH303 Cryo®! Show Less
