Wine barrel, vanilla, and salt are what I get the most of. Cacoa, strawberries, nutmeg and lactose aren't as apparent. Still very good tho

Definitely better if no more than 2 years aged. Definitely improved if you enjoy some chocolate with it. It helps restore the cocoa nibs.
