Saison du Cizek

This one-of-a-kind beer is simple but complex Saison brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts, white wheat, Special B malt and a big jug of rich and sweet Knotweed or Bamboo honey. Notes of biscuit, raisin, molasses and slight nutty flavors give way to a clean and crisp dry finish from the highly attenuating Saison yeast.

This beer is a tribute to a great friend, mentor and huge supporter of our 5 Rights Family dream who we lost suddenly in December of 2016. Where life could be so complex and often discouraging, Rob had a way to help focus and remind people of what was really important and he showed that with the way he lived. Show Less
