Carbonation intense au début. Elle a gusher. Le tout c'est replacé ensuite. Le nez est sublime. En bouche c'est davantage un barleywine straight. Les barriques sont hyper discrètes, ce qui est decevant. Par contre, plus la degust avance plus c'est bon!

Intensément boisé, le vieillissement lui a calmé les tannins. C'est toujours aussi puissant mais ça a vraiment bien évolué. À servir tempéré!
