2017 Bourbon Trail Stout

We brewed and started barrel-aging our 2017 Bourbon Trail Stout last winter. Now, almost a year later, it has taken on the rich character of caramelized sugars from the charred oak barrel staves and the complex sweetness of vanilla and honey from the Woodford Reserve & Heaven Hills Bourbon held inside those barrels for years.
