Do you ever really know what you're going to get when playing with Brettanomyces? Short answer - Not really. There was a tremendous amount of barnyard funk coming from this brew during fermentation. Hence naming it after one of our favorite polka songs. Just look it up (The Novotny Trio does a great version.) The barnyard funk has faded a bit, but it's still there. This beer makes me wonder if there's enough room in GarageHalla to hold a polka competition....
