This co-ferment aims to raise awareness of Black Educators Matter, a non- profit designed to celebrate Black teachers and their many contributions. In the spirit of community building, this collaboration crosses the aisle of fermentables, marrying a wild fermented cider aged for 12 months in ex-wine barrels with a saison beer inoculated with a native yeast culture from the Yucatan Peninsula at the largest underground cave system in the world.
