Didn’t brew this one last year due to life stuff and it bummed me out. Super glad to have this on tap in time for spring. Probably could have lagered longer because this winter is stupid but I am over it. Wishing Spring here!

I don’t think the idea of a Brett lager was a bad idea or the execution was bad. Just doesn’t really hit the spot. Probably .8% too high ABV too

Interesting that I probably could have bumped this up to 8.5% for a different experience. This one is going to get re-envisioned. Excited to see how it continues to change.

Nice with some carb on it. Fairly mild saison-like base. Grapes add really nice layer.

Threw this together just to have something on tap for GToCG. Pretty excited how it turned out. Kolsch base with Brett Lambicus added. I think this would really be escalated with some dry hopping.

B4 or 5? Wild collected first summer of COVID. Added grapes last summer. Had no desire to bottle so finally kegged 2 years later. More cherry notes than grape, all the fruit has been fermented. More saison than sour. Pretty happy overall.

Been drinking this more regularly now that tap lines on my outdoor fridge are finally unfrozen. Maybe the best thing I have ever produced

Pretty good out of the gate. I added a lot of tart cherry extract and thought that would overpower. Cranberries come through maybe more than I wanted. Overall pretty enjoyable. All the fruit means I didn’t have to back sweeten, which removes a barrier.
