We named this beer in good fun from an infamous Facebook discussion amongst our beer community earlier this year. "Big Boi Map" was part of a comment in this discussion and the words stuck with us and we ran with it. So, sit back, relax, and have a Big Boi Map with us.

Big Boi Map is our first New England IPA we brewed here at Next Level. This IPA is brewed with our New England IPA's base malt, white wheat, tons of flaked oats, and flaked wheat. The water profile of this beer is super soft for that pillowy mouthfeel. We loaded it up with 4.75 pounds per barrel in the boil, whirlpool, and dry hopping with Citra, Mosaic, and Cryo Mosaic pellets. We hope you enjoy our first New England IPA brewed here. Read Less

This beer packs a punch, just like taking a dip into the cold waters of the Clinch River that is was named after. We noticed that big west coast IPA's no longer get any respect due to the haze craze so we decided it was time to mix it up a bit. We added Simcoe, Chinook and Mosaic hops to the boil and dry hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic. Read Less

If you were wondering what backer rod is, it's "backer rod". Backer rod? Yeah, backer rod! It is named in honor of one of veteran contractors. We are honestly really proud of this simple beer since it was the first brew on our new brew system and since we were teaching ourselves how to use it we expected to screw something up and have to sacrifice it to the french drains. We fermented this rye and honey malt saison warm to bring out some of the citrus and pepper notes of a classic Belgian Saison yeast strain. Finishes dry with a nice rye bite and great aroma from the Canadian honey malt. Ricky, Bubbles and Julian may have a hard time dodging the bottle kids if they drink a few to many of these. Read Less

This beer was a collaboration with our brothers across town at Abridged Beer Company. This unique sour beer features quite a few things to give it a "twist." First, we added loads of fresh zest from limes, lemons, and oranges. We didn't stop with just zesting 3 different fruits. Whatever that means I don't know. All I know is when we asked what we needed to use to seal the brick wall in our brewhouse and we were told Siloxane PD. There may be other things people use but most people just use Siloxane PD so that's what we used.

Two row and white wheat were mashed and sparged cold and allowed to spontaneously sour overnight in our brew kettle. It's very refreshing and probably would seal bricks as well. Read Less
