Beer List
Blonde / Golden Ale - Other
Canadian blonde, dry-hopped with Cascade, Willamette, & Mt Hood hops.
Porter - Other
Smoked maple porter. Light in color, not in flavour. Subtle smoke and maple clearly present.
Pale Ale - American
Pretty bitter for a pale ale due to a lot of citra hops. Very IPA'ish...
Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche
Bitter/sweet dried orange peel & koriander. Subtle flavours. Fresh.
Stout - Oatmeal
Coffee, Chilli's, & Vanilla (bit overcarbonated, opening near a sink is advisable)
IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale
Adjusted a recipe from Brewdog so lots of hop. Simcoe, Cascade & Citra.
Pale Ale - Other
Homegrown hops mixed in with homegrown apples. This is not a cider, but the apples are very noticeable in the beer!
IPA - American
Lots of hops on top of a bitter blonde makes for a blonde IPA that is ready for summer!
Stout - American
Bit of peated malts, speculaaskruiden in the boil, toasted American oak in fermentation vessel. Dark winter beer for by the fire.
Pale Ale - American
Dry-hopped with semi-wild hops. Easy going session pale.
IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale
Dark & hoppy. Only homegrown hops used. Cascade from Rotterdam, Comet from Utrecht.
Red Ale - American Amber / Red
Single hop: Comet (from the backyard). Mild bitter, fresh, easy going.
