This Pale Ale is our Belgian-Japanese connexion.

We dry-hopped it with 2 different hops: Belgian harvested Chinook and the famous Japanese Sorachi Ace.

We also used Chit malt to give to this beer a creamy body. Samurai scores low in ABV (3,8%) but still has a powerful aromatic.

Expect citrusy, piny and coconut aromas. Read Less

Berlin was the second stop of our beer trip, where Georg and Lukasz have founded Fuerst Wiacek. They define themselves as an adventurous brewery in which they enjoy to experiment in order to brew great modern and tasty beers.

At Fugu, we are mostly known for our aromatic and juicy IPAs. But we have been wanting to go to the West side of the force for a while now. And we finally did it! The color gets darker, the bitterness is boosted. Though we did not let our cheered aromatic fall.

Remember that the Fugu has toxins in him? Some of those are addictive and that's the one we got inspired of to create our first Lager.

The Tetrodaïne (aka Tetro) is a Hoppy Lager with a balance between malt and hops. The Tetro is dry and easy to drink with citrusy, sweet fruit aromas (berries, lemon).

Hops: Belma, Kazbek, Callista.

FUGU ON TOUR is a series of one-offs beers brewed by the European microbreweries that we love.

This edition #1 is featuring Gamma Brewing, a microbrewery famous for their lavish use of hops. We are very big fans at Fugu.

We used Chit malt to give to this IPA a creamy body. And on the hop side, we associated the symbolic Galaxy-Citra with Cashmere. Exotic fruits and citrus fruits are on the menu.
