This Blackberry and Hibiscus Co-Ferment cider is a collaboration product between Multi Award winning cider maker Once Upon a Tree and Crafty Nectar.

The Dabinett apples for this cider are sourced from a local ancient order in Herefordshire and the Blackberrys are grown within a mile of the press. The juice of both is then fermented together to add extra complexity and characters. This cider is then steeped with Hibiscus leaf to help break down the tannins and make it super smooth.

Expect flavours such as vanilla, oak, blackberry, finishing up with those nice apple tannins.

Crafty Nectars latest collaboration with multi award winning Stones Cider. It is a beautifully fruity keeved cider, produced with apples from the ancient orchards of Glastonbury Abbey. This single orchard premium Somerset cider uses a mixture of bitter sweet and bitter sharp apples.

The juice is the then keeved to leave a residual sweetness and bottled conditioned for a further 4 months to help soften the tannins.
