This beer represents for us what it means if our Kölsch was an American beer.
It's neither a Kölsch nor an IPA but it's both at the same time.
It was brewed using a Kölsch grain bill to an American IPA strength, fermented with Kölsch yeast and fermentation profile, but hoped and dry hoped just like an American IPA
