The hops, Ernest and Nectaron, pack bitter character and has a juicy punch to this beer initially, but this doesn’t linger on the palate. The combination of hops allows for key stone-fruit flavours: think peach and nectarine notes. There is also a sweetness that comes through in this beer, with slight honey sweetness which compliments the peach notes well.

We’re using lots of Citra hops for bitterness but mostly aroma, which give out lots of grapefruit, orange and lemon flavour. The combination should be fruity and refreshing. Read Less

Hops- Amarillo, Comet, Styrian Wolf - hot side. Citra, Comet, Styrian Wolf and Centennial – dry hop

Malts- Best ale malt only

Nose- White grapefruit and elderflower

Taste- Powerful hoppy flavour, dominated by mango and orange. Evident body and clean malt character. Soft mouthfeel with mild bitterness for this easy summer session ale.

We have used Summit hops from the US, and Progress and Fuggles from the UK. The sweetness and bitterness are well balanced to give a very well rounded UK bitter, with an American influence.
