At 7.2% this really is all you need. Inspired by the original emergence of the West Coast IPA in the late 60’s and 70’s that re-employed the old and almost forgotten British technique of dry-hopping that we take for granted today, this beer is a gentle caramel amber with scents of bright citrus, sweet malts, and a healthy dose of pine. As with the original Westys it’s bittered with Californian Columbus and Chinook hops and dry hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo ending with just the right amount of bitterness.
