Our American IPA (formerly Road Trip) is our take on a classic Pacific North-West American IPA. Presenting a burnished copper, Road Trip is loaded with multiple additions of Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic hops resulting in an explosion of piney, citrus and grapefruit flavour and aroma. The palate is rich and full, with the same archetypal American hop flavours dancing over a foundation of rich malt and a firm hop bitterness. The dry finish makes this a dangerously drinkable drop. Just as you would a fine cognac, this strong ale asks to be sipped and savoured
in a wine glass or brandy-balloon, allowing the full pleasure of its rich aroma.
Utilising Abbey malt, candy sugar and Belgian ale-yeast, this is a heady brew, given all the time it needs to age and mellow, and will develop with further cellaring. The resulting flavour fusion of raisin, toffee and cognac is positively divine. Read Less

New England IPAs originate from Vermont, New England. Although originally not intentionally cloudy, the haze has now become very important in differentiating this style of IPAs from others. Also intrinsic to the style are big late kettle and dry hop additions to encourage juicy flavours and aromas from hops with a lower bitterness than traditional IPAs.

Our Hazy IPA is brewed with a percentage of rolled wheat and oats to give a silky mouthfeel to complement the juicy hop character. Huge hop additions of new world fruity hops give the beer big fruity hop character (think mango nectar, orange, peach) along with the hallmark hop haze. Read Less

This small-batch Sour Brett Ale is barrel-aged and soured.

Ultra limited release. Perfect for the beer curious and connoisseur alike.

A purely yeast driven beer, after kettle souring and long Brettanomyces fermentation in the brewery, our Sour Brett has been aged in ex-Wild Red Ale barrels so it has developed a great wood character which compliments the classic Brett funk. A zesty acidity balanced by sweet summer fruits – think peaches, apricots and mango with a hint of forest fruits – that border on confectionary in their intensity. The simple malt bill has created a hazy, burnished gold beer that is redolent of lazy, late-summer afternoons. The palate is unmistakeably Brett with touches of rustic funk underneath a bracing lactic acidity. The sweet fruits are in play too, the whole being reminiscent of childhood sour candies, lemon sherbet and green gooseberries. The finish is lip-smackingly dry. Sour Brett Ale is perfect on its own but also pairs very well with strong cheeses and antipasto. Read Less

The 2021 iteration of Wild Red Ale is the culmination of a slow, 18-month period of souring and maturation in ex-Pinot Noir barrels. A complex malt bill with generous amounts of European specialty malts have produced a beer that pours a rich ruby hue and balances a zesty acidity with residual malt sweetness. The aroma and palate are rich and complex with lashings of dark fruit character: think black plums and tart berries. The fruit character is backed up by creamy oak-derived vanillin. These rounded flavours are balanced by a sharp and tangy acidity with notes of balsamic and sour cherries. Read Less
