Based on Dead Pony Club, but with a few tweaks along the way. This is the first beer we’ve brewed and it uses a simple selection of ingredients. Maris Otter makes up most of the malt build with a hop build of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe with plenty of dry hopping. Best served at Ale temps Read Less

Brewed using a big dose of both oats and wheat, as well as four types of hops added at boil, late addition, flame out and dry hop the beer is fruit filled with notes of apricot and grapefruit with a bit of a bitter finish. Not sure why we have a bitter finish.... maybe Hartlepool water!? Read Less
