Multi-oat/Wheat Triple IPA brewed and dry hopped with Phantasm, Cascade, Idaho 7, Citra & Nelson Sauvin.

The first thiol unlock Experimental recipe. We started with our TIPA recipe and then hit it with a big dose of Phantasm. Derived from NZ Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, Phantasm brings a big thiol character to the beer which is a key player amongst the compounds that drive the massive, tropical flavors we love from New Zealand hops.

This TIPA had a load of cascade hops during the mash, in the whirlpool we used Idaho 7 with Phantasm & double dryhopped with Citra, Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin.

A thick dark Imperial stout of 12.6%, this beer is drybeant with a generous amount of freshly roasted coffee from Single Estate Coffee Roasters. We used a coffee from El Salvador, to be exact the variety "el pedregal" . This coffee comes from the Finca San Francisco plantation, In the region around the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador, The plantation is divided into so called "tablones" which vary in altitude from 1200 to 1700 meters. All these lots are hand-picked at peak ripeness and kept separate for processing

Together with Single Estate we chose this coffee to create an extra layer in the beer with notes of Nuts, Caramel and a full Roastyness. Read Less

Experimental multi-oat/wheat DIPA

A quest for the magic "haze". We started by building a totally new malt base, and once again reviewed the current brewing method and adjusted it where necessary (sometimes to experimental levels). We triple dryhopped the beer with Citra, Nelson Sauvin & a huge amount of Nectaron. Which has resulted in a hazy, juicy, peachy TDH DIPA Read Less

A thick dark Imperial stout of 12.3%, this beer is drybeant with a generous amount of freshly roasted coffee from Single Estate Coffee Roasters. We have used a coffee from Guatemala, to be exact the variety “Puerta Verde”. This coffee originates from the Puerta Verde plantation, Close to the volcanoes “Agua and Fuego”, this area provides a microclimate with extremely fertile soil and an average temperature of 25°C. A thick Imperial stout of 11%, this beer is drybeant with a generous amount of freshly roasted coffee from Single Estate Coffee Roasters. We have used a Brazilian coffee to be exact the variety “Campo Alegre”. This coffee originates in the cool, green hills of Sul de Minas. For more information visit the website of Single Estate.
