Bubbles In My Beer is a brut IPA. This style was pioneered by Kim Sturdavant of Social Kitchen & Brewery. What makes this beer unique is use of an enzyme in the mash to help dry out the beer similar to brut Champagne. The grain bill consitsts of pilsner malt, flaked rice and flaked corn to keep the color light. This beer is low in bitterness but high in hop flavor & aromas. We used Hallertauer Blanc, Citra & Amarillo giving the beer a bouquet of tropical fruits. Read Less
