Úlfur, Icelandic for “wolf” and an Icelandic given name, is a west coast, American-style IPA. Úlfur is dry hopped with American hops that give off a bitter and fruity aroma and a taste of citrus fruit (particularly grapefruit) and a delightful crispness that entices one to take another sip.

The earliest account of hops is in Naturalis Historia by the Roman naturalist, Pliny the Elder, where he mentions a mysterious plant, Lupus Salictarius, or Willow Wolf. Read Less

AYCAYIA is a collaboration of Borg Brugghús (IS) and Cigar City Brewing (US), from Tampa, Florida – brewed in Reykjavík in the autumn of 2016. This 7% India Pale Ale is extremely tropical, fresh and accessible.
Among the Neo-Taino nations of the Caribbean, the Aycayia was a mermaid in which its name means "she with a lovely voice". She was known to be seductive and sexually generous, being the incarnation of beauty and of sin who gave men pleasure but robbed them of free will. She would often times be "visited" by the men seduced by her beauty. The name of this exotic ale refers to what the two very different cities have in common; the ocean.
