After joyriding all evening with your buddy in his 1963 Galaxie, he confides in you that the car is not exactly his. Do you jump out and run? Or help him ditch it? Either way it’s a Code:503! Better get home and have a Galaxy Hopped hazy ipa with real vanilla after that night!

Galaxie:503 is a Hazy Maltshake ipa juice hopped with Galaxy, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. This Hazy IPA has a vanilla nose that is subtle and still lets the fruity hop character come through. Sweetness carries over to a light bitterness late and gives your tough the full hazy crazy ipa experience. No Lactose used in this beer. Read Less

Our Brewery is based in many ways around family stories. One of the more humorous stories Grandpa Bill used to tell us kids is that school is important. Back in his day, in southeast Kentucky, they didn’t get to go to school as much because they worked. He, in fact, only went to school one day in life and the teacher wasn’t there, so he had to teach!

Mr. Willy Sub For A Day is a hazy milkshake ipa without lactose. Checking in at 7.5% abv, we suggest being ready to learn about the subtle fruity nuances of strata and cashmere hops and how delectable they are together!

We don’t anticipate any tests on this brew, but it is out first in production, so we are shooting for an A! PROST! Read Less

Our new Maltshake (think milkshake, but without lactose) was brewed with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops which give this brew a fruity and punchy aroma. Then we fermented on strawberry purée and Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans. So we are delivering on the fruity aroma and delicious vanilla flavors here. This, all in good balance with sweetness from monk fruit sugar. Read Less
