Sweet and floral! Very strong lavender on the nose, but I think it’s balanced really nicely on the palette with the crisp apple. Doesn’t fall into the “soapy” quality some floral flavors can have at all.

A delicious red currant mead, coming back to this after a while. Reminds me of a lightly tart blush wine - its got the fruit, body, light dryness, overall lovely. Not too bold a sweetness; usual mead boozy forwardness still vanishes to the background 🍻😍

Been a few months since this joy was canned and now its on draft (not sure if for the first time cause I just dont know 🤣) but it is good. Lots of nuancy flavors and pretty balanced considering (rosemary!), smooth, and an all day yummy yumyum 🍻🍺🍻😘

Oh, okay that is good, getting very subtle fruit/sweet (maybe peach/orange but kinda mixed fruit) and has a light herbal sweetness. Think mystery airhead with a touch of honey 🤣🍻🍺 Not bad, a bit floral, and smooth, def sessionable.

Mmmm fragrant and lovely, bit of honey sweet and lavender scented 🌸. Its light and easy but powerful aromatic profile. Def recommend a sample before going full send as it has a floral taste which may be off-putting to some. Tasty cider tho 🍻🍺

A new apple cider, basque style (non-carbonated and fermented without adding yeast), pretty good - it was mentioned it has some Sour ale vibes, I agree it def touches on that profile. Its smooth, apple flavored, lightly tart/sweet, & a wine finish🍺🍻🍺
