4.5% ABV, 30 IBU / SchlenkerlaのビールにKräuseningという手法を使ったもの。ラオホのイメージは強いが、そこに追ってきたのはルートビアのようなすうっとして香草のような感覚。燻製ビールに対する視野が広がってしまった。そして650mLが楽しく飲めてしまう。恐ろしいポテンシャルを感じた……。

10.0% ABV / これをUS Pintで頼むは冒涜、そう分かっていてもゆかねばならぬ。フルーツのテクスチャーが流石と納得するしかない。レーズンや無花果のようなドライフルーツを思わせるBelgian dark aleの真骨頂が容易に見て取れる。10%の強さにも拘らずドライフルーツに囲まれる、古き良き教条的幸福がある。
