On one hand it has everything a Weizen should have, it’s wheaty, banana and clove are in place, on the other hand flavours are surprisingly poor and it feels quite watery for a German Weizen, it’s still ok, but I’m disappointed a bit

Tons of saffron and suneli spices in the nose which was quite promising, but the first sip brought disappointment due to the extremely salty mouthfeel, there’s so much salt that one can barely feel anything else, I really hope it’s just a bad brew
