Yeast Bud is a fitting name for this collaboration beer between Joseph James Brewing company and Scenic Brewing company. The head brewer from scenic was, until recently, the assistant brewer at Joseph James; not unlike the humble yeast cell budding off from the parent cell to embark on his own new adventure.
