First:
1. Roasted Corn Chowder w/ Creme Fraiche & Chives
2. Summer Watermelon Salad w/ Lardons, Cucumbers, Tomato, Red Onion, Feta & Cilantro Vinaigrette
3. Tuna Poke w/ Wanton Crisps, Cucumber, Cilantro & Sesame
Second:
1. Teriyaki Roasted 1/2 Chicken w/ Ginger Soba Noodles & Julienne Vegetables
2. Blackened Redfish w/ Avocado Crab Salad, Citrus, Orzo & Ancho Oil
3. Adobo Grilled Pub Steak w/ Mexican Corn Salad, Roasted Tomato Chimichurri, Cilantro Rice & Shishito Peppers
Dessert:
1. Dark Chocolate Mousse w/ Raspberries, Mint & Toasted Almonds
2. Bourbon Peach Crisp w/ Oatmeal topping, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream & Cinnamon
