Het lijkt erop dat de pastoors het bier zorgvuldig beurtelings hebben uitgespauwd voordat ze het hebben gebotteld. (Het smaakt neig naar kots) zeker voor ‘magnum opus’ = ‘grote werk’ te noemen. Tis vooral een groot werk om binnen te krijgen.
