Chris is drinking a Cherry Cordial by Southern Tier Brewing Company on Untappd

Proof of the value of aging some stouts. Had this fresh about 2 years ago and it was too sweet and thin. After setting in the beer cave for 2 years this mellowed down and was delicious with chocolate/cherry/coffee.
