Fijne schuimlaag, fijne pareling en amberkleurig. Ruikt naar voornamelijk deeg, wat zure appel in de neus en zelfs een beetje citrus. Hoppig in de neus en mooie zuren in de mond met een gebalanceerde bitter. Niet heel veel smaak en korte afdronk. Lekker
