Joe is drinking a Cider Apple Saison V2 by RedWillow Brewery on Untappd

My first foray into spontaneous fermentation. Slightly funky. Definite savoury notes. A good hit of tart apple and a little vanilla on the finish. Sits somewhere between a beer and a cider.
