Schiuma abbondante, avorio e fine. Colore giallo dorato carico e trasparente. Olfatto: fruttato, agrume e resina. Frutta bianca matura limone iniziale e poi resina a metà bevuta. Gusto: resina e agrumi molto equilibrate. Amaro ma non troppo, intenso.
