Red Barn Ale (2011)

melon, grassy hops and notes of thin caramel. Then the aftertaste just kicks in out of nothing with a really nice peppery-spicy and yeasty flavor. Quite nice! It also has a slightly dry aftertaste leaving me wanting more. A really nice saison
