Kasteel Donker (2018)

5 year old bottle. Raisins, brown sugar, caramel, chocolate and a bit of sweet dark bread. Compared to notes from a fresh bottle, slightly less sweet and no longer boozy at all. Still a little too sweet for me and I generally prefer quads a little boozy
