Ian is drinking an Islay: Peated Scotch Barrel Aged by Ellison Brewery + Spirits on Untappd

Aged three years. Putting the scotch in scotch ale. Worth the wait! Bolder peat and smoke flavors, but not too bold. It definitely put some hair on my chest.
