Grande adição de mel. Pulgente no aroma e sabor, ponto alto. Talvez essa cerveja poderia ter uma adição de aveia e uma lupulagem mais tardia para ter um amargor limpo. O amargor atual esconde o mel e não é tão agradável. Mas é uma boa honey beer.
