Here it is!! Our latest baby, of which we are very proud: the BRUXELLENSIS, 4 months bottle refermented with 100% Brussels Brettanomyces yeast.
Amber colored with copper reflections, very fruity (pineapple and red fruits), sustained by hop flavors and complex notes of old leather. In spite of its 6,5%, its dry and bitter finish makes it a surprising thirst-quencher. Read Less

Saison van de Bruwer is a spelt Saison, dry-hopped and fermented with added Brettanomyces. It is blond, opalescent; its very persistent foam is creamy and fine. Very aromatic and fruity, its nose is reminiscent of pineapple, quince, apricot, and gooseberry. A ‘funky’ touch, typical of Brettanomyces, completes the picture. In the mouth these same flavors are intensified and accompanied by notes of cereals, a floral touch, and a final that evokes lime zests.
Its attack is mellow, but its finish is dry and bitter — typical character traits of the 1920s Saisons. Read Less

ZENNEGASH is a collab with our friends—and excellent brewers—of Allagash Brewing Company from Portland, Maine in the USA. Little side note: the first ever collab we did was with them in 2011: the Very Spéciale Belge.
We didn’t have to look far to find a name for the beer. We simply combined the two rivers we both owe our names to: the Allagash river, and our good old Zenne!
This time we brewed a wheat beer (the specialty of Allagash!), dry hopped with both American and European hops. We made two versions: one bottled version, refermented with Brett-yeast, and one clean version in kegs. Read Less

Imperial Donkey is born out of a collaboration with our mates from Bellwoods (Toronto, Canada). It’s a mixed-fermentation English Imperial Stout, matured in wine barrels for more than one year. Its brewing process is inspired by that of the English Stouts of the 1850s.
8,8% ABV, black with a ruby glow, it develops really winey flavours, with hints of red fruits, especially drunken cherries, Agen plums, and candied blackberries. These flavours are completed by roasted and woody notes, hints of dark chocolate and walnuts. Its heady character is balanced by a light acidity. Its winey finale recalls an old Bourgogne.

WEISSE is a straw-coloured beer, which reminds us of the ripe wheat that is generously present in its recipe. It is hazy as it is rich in proteins and yeasts (“Hefe” in German). Its flavours are declined around the themes of banana and spices, and they are accentuated by a floral freshness and some citrus notes. The generous saturation and the subtle bitterness definitely make it a thirst-quencher. A spring brew to remember that the winter is only temporary…
The label has exceptionally been designed by two artists: our faithful designer Jean Goovaerts in collaboration with the talented Ammo. Read Less

For obvious reasons, the Ukrainian kolos could no longer be "schieve"… No, he has to be victorious! Therefore we changed him to simply KOLOS, and she became female.
Juliana Babii, brewer at Pravda Brewery, our friends in Lviv, crossed the Ukrainian-Polish border together with the refugees, to come brew Kolos with us in Brussels. Two days later she returned to her homeland at war, to keep on brewing there despite the horrifying conditions.
Kolos is a refreshing summer beer. She is brewed with wheat, rye, spelt and barley malts, to pay homage to the grain culture of Ukraine. We dry-hopped her with Zachrava, a Ukrainian hop, which makes her floral and spicy in the nose.
The profits of the sale will be donated to a solidarity fund that houses and feeds the massive amounts of refugees that have flood the city of Lviv. By drinking Kolos you will contribute to this fund.

A collaboration brew with our good friends from Jester King, Texas. It’s fermented with a mix of house yeasts from both breweries, which apparently loved to work together as much as we did! It’s a traditional Saison as those from 1900, with 14 months barrel-ageing.
Its bouquet has a well-pronounced ‘rustic’ character, somewhere between a lambic and a farm cider, with nice woody and apple flavours. The taste is a mix of rhubarb, quince, and rye accents, with a light touch of citrus fruit, wood, and warm spices. Its final is mineral and slightly sour. At once surprisingly complex and very refreshing, like the Saisons of the old days.

It's cold and energy costs are too high? We have a solution for you: warm yourself up internally with a Coucou Puissant! Her name is a tribute to the last squat where Bernard lived, and whose inhabitants campaigned passionately for access to housing for all. On top of that, it was in the cellars of this squat that Zinnebir was born in 2002.
She is an exhilarating Amber Ale, generously dry-hopped with German hops. Her nose evokes stone fruits from the South, as well as persimmon. We also find a whole bouquet of exotic flowers. These nuanced aroma's are followed by voracious notes of biscuity malt. In the end she develops a beautiful and long bitterness, which harmoniously brings everything in balance. Read Less
